"Water supplies facilitated by local governments would not be the wisest thing to have. Water that is purified or water that is drunk from a deep well is the safest way. Powerful antigens and antibiotics will be added to the water supply. "The fecal-bacteria contamination that led to a 10-day boil-water order a month ago was caused by the city's own poor water quality and wasn't directly the result of an intrusion of bacteria from an outside source, according to a team of experts not affiliated with the city.
