Campaign 2011: May 10 – 14

Advanced Retreat: May 15 – 19

PLEASE NOTE:

For the Advanced Retreat:  All  hotel rooms in Sportilia are already booked!

The following accommodation options are still available:

-         rooms in the Youth Hostel in Santa Sofia; there are also rooms with 1-2 beds for an extra charge (10,00 euro for each night / person), but you need to have your own car to get from the Youth Hostel to Sportilia, because there is no shuttle service.

-         There are still beds available in the dormitories (with your own sleeping bag etc.); the cost is the same as in the Geodom / own thent or camper

-         You can also sleep in your own tent or RV

HOW TO GET TO SPORTILIA

• By air: Everyone arriving by plane will land at Bologna Airport or at Rimini Airport.

On request a direct shuttle service can be arranged from Bologna Airport and from Rimini airport, it will take you directly to Sportilia. The cost will depend on the number of people who will take that shuttle.

• By car from the North, East, or West: Take the autostrada Bologna - Ancona marked A 14  to the Cesena Nord Exit. Then take the highway marked E 45 direction Rome to the San Piero in Bagno Exit. Follow signs for Santa Sofia-Spinello-Sportilia.     

From the South: Take the highway marked E 45 direction Ravenna to the San Piero in Bagno
Exit. Follow signs for Santa Sofia-Spinello-Sportilia.

ACCOMMODATION (Events May 2011 - Sportilia)

Participants will be accommodated in Sportilia during the events and must book their accommodation using the Booking Form for the reservation of hotel rooms, of the shuttle service, etc.

Please note that a minimum fee for food has to be paid even if a participant chooses to book a room in a hotel outside Sportilia.

Besides the accommodation in Sportilia’s hotel rooms, there are the following other options for accommodation during events:

RV / Camper: electrical hookups are available near the so called „Geodome“.

Tent: tents can be set up at the helicopter area or near the stadion. Showers and toilettes are available inside the stadion building. There is also a refrigerator available there, as well as hot water for tea and coffee.

Geodome: The Geodome is a large  sport gymnasium, with simple camp beds and  mattresses. Every participant needs to bring his or her own sleeping bag with him; a sheet can be picked up at the reception.

Showers and toilets are located next to the entrance of the arena and in the basement of the hotel building.

Hot water for tea and coffee and warm drinks is available in the Geodome too.

There is no heating in the Geodome.

Parking space: the parking space inside the Sportilia Center is limited, therefore we kindly ask that you park your car outside Sportilia’s main gate, in the specific parking spots.

Parking is not allowed near the arena and the Geodome.

Fresh fruit: in the hall of the hotel there will be fresh organic fruit available every day.
